ARC Academy Yokohama School
ARC Academy was established in 1986. More than 1,000 students from over 40 countries study at our schools in Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Yokohama, Osaka and Kyoto, which are all located close to their respective train stations. Our educational philosophy is to help students acquire communication ability and improve 5 skills in Japanese; not only reading, writing, speaking and listening but also thinking. Information on dormitories and homestay accommodation is provided and regular school events take place for your comfortable and enjoyable life in Japan.

Summary of Japanese Courses
Intensive Japanese Course
85,000 yen / 4 weeks
Learn useful Japanese intensively. The course develops your four language skills with special emphasis on speaking and listening for more natural and more fluent Japanese. There are set courses from 4 weeks to 3 months but it is possible to join in the middle or continue to the following term.
Private Lesson
63,000 yen/hr (10 lessons at the school)
We provide tailor-made lessons for students at any level. Curriculum and lesson schedule will be arranged according to your needs and convenience. We also send teachers to your office or other business locations (teacher’s transportation fee will be charged).
Facilities
The school is conveniently located close to Yokohama station. Classrooms are equipped with audio-visual devices and there is a big student lounge to meet other students including Japanese students who take training courses in teaching Japanese.
Accommodation, Dormitory
We provide information on students’ dormitories and guest houses according to your needs. Minimum duration is basically one month and there are single rooms from 50,000 yen and twin rooms from 30,000 yen. The rough standard time to the school is 30 minutes to 1 hour. There are cases that you can have a special offer when you make a reservation through ARC Academy. Homestay can be arranged at 4,200 yen per night.
