I.C.NAGOYA
I.C.NAGOYA first established its full-time Japanese course in central Japan as Sony Language Laboratory Nagoya School in 1986. The company name was subsequently changed to I.C.NAGOYA in 1986, and since then many students have graduated from our program and have moved on to colleges and companies. Our school philosophy is base on the concept of educating people who can think and behave with a global outlook.

Summary of Japanese Courses
Short term Japanese course

Students are placed in their appropriate class level based on the results of their Japanese ability placement test. In addition to classroom lessons, a variety of school excursions will be provided to expose students to practical and useful knowledge.
College Preparatory Course
620,000 yen / year
There are a total of 8 levels ranging from beginner, Intermediate, Pre-advanced and Advanced levels. These courses include learning the Hiragana/Katakana syllabary, pronunciation and basic listening and speaking to more complex vocabulary and phrasal expressions and advanced communicative skills in order to prepare students to follow academic lectures at Japanese universities.
Course commissioned by Government/Corporate
5,250 yen / hour
This course is designed for foreign technical trainees and their family members. It can be conducted as a personal private lesson or a class with 2 or 3 persons. After consultation with our staff, we will design the course outline according to the student’s needs. We offer discounts on tuition fees based on quantity of hours.

Accommodation, Dormitory
Our dormitory is situated less than 10minutes on foot from the school. The dormitory is equipped with private bath/washroom, refrigerator, bed, air-conditioner, kitchen and lighting. There is a coin laundry machine on the ground floor. Students have the option of single or double-occupancy room.
Scholarship
Students who have achieved outstanding class performance and perfect attendance in the previous academic year will be recommended for the “Reservation Program of Honors Scholarship for Privately Financed International Students” sponsored by Jasso.
